Ferrari Portofino transformed into 503 kW thoroughbred!
Novitec Rosso has “unleashed” the full potential of the Portofino’s standard 3,9-litre twin-turbo V8.
Thanks to the performance upgrades, this Portofino is more powerful than the mid-engined 488 GTB.
A carbon-fibre rear spoiler lip increases downforce on the rear-axle.

Novitec Rosso has revealed its latest performance upgrades for the Ferrari Portofino. According to the German firm, the standard car’s 3,9-litre twin-tubro V8 mill has been remapped to “unleash” its full potential.
The fitment of a high-performance exhaust system, made of inconel (a light, heat-resistant material used in Formula 1) sheds 11 kg of the car’s weight, and revised aerodynamic components increase peak output even further.
The Portofino, which is the least powerful car in Ferrari’s stable, now produces a staggering 503 kW and 871 N.m of torque (up from the standard 441 kW and 760 N.m). That’s 11 kW and 111 N.m more than the Maranello-based automaker’s outgoing mid-engined 488 GTB supercar.
Novitec says the modified engine’s performance figures are enough to propel this Portofino from zero to 100 km/h in 3,2 seconds, some three-tenths down on the standard model's claim. Top speed, meanwhile, is a claimed 325 km/h.
The carbon-fibre aerodynamic components have been "optimised" in a wind tunnel, the tuner claims, and include a revised front spoiler (reducing front-axle lift), “tailor-made” bonnet-mounted air vents and “gill-shaped” items found at the sides. Rear-axle lift have been mimimised thanks to the addition of a boot spoiler lip.
The tuned hard-top convertible has been lowered by 35 mm, thanks to Novitec's sport suspension arrangement, and rides on Vossen-manufactured alloys (21-inch fore and 22-inch items at the rear), wrapped in bespoke Pirelli rubber (sizes 255/30 ZR 21 and 315/25 ZR 22). A hydraulic front-lift unit enables the driver to lift the nose by 40 mm (at speeds up to 80 km/h) to avoid scraping the underbelly on speed bumps.
The interior design can be personalised to a meet the customer's tastes, with posh leather and Alcantara trim offered in a variety of colours.
